NKOTBSB Live in Manila

Boy bands were such a hit during my childhood. We sing and dance to their music. Back then, watching music videos of these artists is one of my usual past time. Their music, at that time, is good for the ears, plus the artists are all good looking.

So when it was announced that NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK and BACKSTREET BOYS, ladies my age kind of went gaga! I love their music but I am not really a die-hard fan. A friend asked me if I want to watch. I am still unsure. Ticket prices will surely be steep.

There are still few weeks left to decide. If money comes in, I will look for discounted tickets.

iBlog8: To Go or Not To Go?

In a few week’s time, a huge summit will be attended by professional and aspiring bloggers. While I consider myself neither or the two, I still want to attend the said summit. It will be on May 25 and 26 in UP. The venue is very near me, two jeepney rides to be exact, about 30-45 minutes travel time depending on the traffic. A number of my friends have already registered for both days and they have been urging me to go with them. Actually, looking at the topics that will be discussed, I know I will get a lot from it if I attend. I will be able to use the plastic business cards I have ordered months ago (which I plan to distribute and exchange during events) for the first time. The thing that is holding me back is the duration of the summit. Both days will run the whole day. I have not left my kids that long on a weekday and I am afraid those who will take care of them will not be able to handle them well.

What do you suggest, should I go or not?

Lost

That is exactly how I am feeling right now. I have been missing since last week. My schedule has been pretty hectic with ballet rehearsals that end just a few hours before the date changes. I am glad it is over now. Our ballerina did great, if I may say. However, I like last year’s show better than this one, and so does everyone else in the family.

I have not yet picked up myself. I think the hormones are to be blamed, it is almost THAT time of the month, that is why. I have things piling up but I am still struggling at things.

I will come back, promise.

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
