Think Before Throwing Something Into The Soil

I am all for green living. I do everything I can so my children can still see rivers and mountains when they grown up. I have taught my eldest how to segregate our waste and I am proud to say that we are still doing it, despite the fact that many do not do their share. I delight myself in the thought of companies supporting the bring your own bag campaign. And I truly find usage of brown bags classy.

Today, I saw this over at Facebook and I think it is a great piece of information. Let us all be guided properly and reduce the green house effect, thus saving our planet.

Decluttering

Yesterday, our new helper ironed our clothes. I think she is still adjusting because there were not much in the hamper but it took her about six hours to finish everything even when I she did a lot of short-cuts. There were instances when I saw how she works and for me, she is doing short-cuts. Anyway. By the time she was done, I and the girls are already in bed. Since I cannot pile our clothes yet in our closet, I told her to just bring then in. When the girls are both asleep, I started sorting the clothes.

I had a hard time putting both my clothes and hubby’s in our closet because we no longer have space! I was kind of frustrated already but I had to keep my cool. I think it is a sign that I need to declutter.

Inspired

Lately, many of my contacts in Facebook are publishing photos of their business. Well, while sometimes it gets a bit annoying since they keep on sharing the photos of what they sell over and over again, it is also an opportunity for us, their contacts to see what they have to offer again. (That is such a long sentence, whew!)

Since I have been lurking in Facebook for longer times lately, it got me thinking. I really wonder how much do these people spend as capital for their online-based businesses. Is it that big? Or how small it is? Where do they get their supplies? Which is more salable: food, clothing, toys, or accessories? What do they use to track their stocks, is it something like pc america? If they import, do they have contacts abroad and in the customs office?

I have so many questions because I am inspired to re-open my online store. Yes, I have one too but it has been inactive for almost two years now. I sell mostly gadgets and diapers but I haven’t had time to take care of it so I stopped. But my girls are getting bigger now and their needs are expanding too. I feel like I have to do something I help my husband in whatever way I can. Plus I think selling is something I am good at.

What do you think? Do you have your own online shop? Care to share more about it?

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
