We Love Infinitea!

Before I learned about the milk tea craze happening left and right in the Metro, the husband introduced us to Infinitea. It is a small tea house located along Maginhawa, Teacher’s Village Quezon City. We pass by here whenever we are Las Pinas bound, as for hubby, he passes by the area every day on his way to work.

Unfortunately, things did not turn out very well for this branch of Infinitea. I am just guessing, ok. They are now closed. The brighter side is that, there is a branch in Festival Mall, Alabang and in Dahlia, Fairview! Well, these places are far as they may sound but they are accessible to us from time to time. 😀

A few weeks ago, we passed by the Fairview branch and I finally tasted the Blueberry Cheesecake Frappe that the hubby was raving for. As for me, I opted for the never-failing Wintermelon Kiss. I love their milk teas and other creations because even if I lessen the sugar, they still taste great!

And look who else enjoyed our milk teas…

I cannot wait for our next visit!

Down to the Last Month

Hello, December!!! You came in so fast!

It is time for the Christmas rush again, expect traffic to become heavy as we near to the 25th everywhere. Speaking of which, I have not done any Christmas shopping yet. October and November did not give me much work, thus not much $ too. And oh, the dollar to peso rate has been crazy low! So it will surely be Christmas rush for me.

This will be the second year of no company Christmas party for me. I kind of miss it but I do not regret quitting my day job. If only hubby’s company does a Christmas party like my previous company. Anyway, I am sure, me and the ranchers will have a blast in our own Christmas party, which has no date yet. But we are leaning for a costume party!

Everyone will surely be busy this month but I hope and pray that we all not forget the true meaning of what we will celebrate. Let us all spread the LOVE!

Ahhhh, I hope negative vibes will not bug me much on this last month of the year.

I Am Not

Dead. 😀

Kidding aside, it feels good to be writing again here. So what have I been to? Errr, nothing much really, except from the daily hustle and bustle of life. The girls and I have been sleeping rather late since my last post due to telenovelas. We are simply hooked to these Filipino television shows even if the plot is almost the same with the one that just finished. 😀 I told myself and the kids that we will not watch anymore because even their sleeping habits are affected. And what do you know, just when I told myself I am going to stop before the habit forms, the hubby took a whole week of leave from work to study for yet another certification exam. And you know, when the hubby is here, I can hardly go online when the girls are asleep because that is the only time we have for catching up.

Pregnant. :p

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I have not been exercising much recently but I continue to eat pretty the same amount like what I have been doing. I still get hungry almost every two hours and give into the the hunger almost always. Someone from the waxing salon that I go to kidded me that I should be reading pregnancy guide again just in case I get pregnant again but I told them that there is really no plan yet for another baby. I just lost my post-partum weight early this year and I have not enjoyed my current body size. I do monitor my weight that sometimes, I feel like I am such a paranoid. Well, I just do not want all the hard work I did to go to waste. And so, I will exercise again, no more lazy bones.

So there. I hope to be writing again here. Shoo away, writer’s block!

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
