Kwentong Kakanin

Well, we had our share of bouts with picky eating pero yung mapakain namin sila ng “street foods”, super proud ako dun.

Few months ago, I started looking for kakanin seller online. I browsed all the groups I am a member of for kutchinta kasi sabi ni eldest, miss na daw niya.

I was so happy for the kids!

Pag-uwi, kailangan kong maligo sa labas, which has been our practice since the pandemic started (bawal pumasok sa loob ng bahay ng galing sa madaming tao). Sabi pa niya, “You know, we were just talking about the things we missed eating with my friends and there it is!”. I was so proud of myself that moment! Hahaha!

Kayo, anong little proud moments niyo recently?

Crave Healthy – Expectant Moms’ Go-to Snack

I remember during my two pregnancies, I always wake up in the middle of the night because of hunger. I have a can of crackers under our bed and that’s what I eat for snacks. I kind of feel guilty because I know I am not getting anything from the crackers except empty calories. But it is the middle of the night and crackers are convenient.

I’ve said this many times in the recent years and I will say it again, Ang sarap magbuntis at these times. Maternity wear are now fashionable, baby gears are abundant and easily sourced, more people promote breastfeeding and the list goes on. Pero ok na kami sa two girls namin for now.

A healthy way to satisfy hunger and food cravings of pregnant women in now possible with CRAVE HEALTHY.

crave healthy Crave Healthy is the first snack product in the Philippines that is specifically designed for the pregnant woman by doctors and nutritionists.

With Crave Healthy, moms-to-be are not getting empty calories because it contains essential nutrients such as Folic Acid, Iron, and Calcium, which are critical for both the mom and her growing baby. It also has reduced salt and just the right amount of calories that give the pregnant woman that extra energy she needs daily.

It is not only NUTRICIOUS, it is also DELICIOUS. Currently available in Sweet Corn flavor, it taste just like any regular snack in a bag. It does not have any aftertaste of nutrient fortifications.

While both my pregnancies went well, I wish more convenient food support the nutritional needs of pregnant women and their developing fetus back then. So kayong mga prego ngayon, swerte niyo ha! Pwedeng mag chichirya minus the guilty feeling.
