Now is the Time

Last weekend, I went out of town with my college girlfriends. We went to this resort in Tagaytay (the review I have yet to post). We used the vouchers I bought last year, as my Christmas gift for them but unfortunately, not all of us made it. Anyway, I had good laughs and it was a day-off well spent. The travel back home was tiring though.

I have one great takeaway from that trip. We were lazing around in the evening after dinner. I have not seen them for more than a year so I was really catching up. We talked about a lot of things: brazilian waxing, cavitation and radio frequency treatments, make-up tips and tricks, skin care products that works (including their best anti wrinkle cream), love life, family stuff, future plans and a lot more. Apart from talking non-stop, we also took a lot of pictures. And in the process, I realized that I lost my angle.

Free Dove Shampoo from Lay Bare Waxing Salon

I went to Lay Bare today for my routine underarm waxing. I really scheduled it today in time for my first swimming for the year on Saturday. Yes, just me and my friends. Hubby does not want to bring along the girls because they are not yet fully recovered and he thinks the travel may make them sick again. So he will be the yaya this weekend.

Anyway. Ate Mhean, my therapist is on her rest day so Ate Jessa did the
waxing instead. After a few minute, I was done! That is what I like most with waxing at Lay Bare, the service is fast yet with best quality. No scenarios that you experience when you pluck the hair yourself like scattered hair, neck pain, sore thumb and double-view on things!

After I gave the payment, I was handed my receipt plus some Dove Shampoo and Conditioner sample in blue. Yey!
