What is Wrong With My Destiny?

I did not mean to leave this blog site outdated. Believe me, I was going nuts and frustrated already for not being online. I realized, I can live without my mobile phone, but not without the Internet. And yes, if that st*pid cybercrime law will be passed, I will probably end up in the mental hospital.

I was out last Friday to pick up some prizes. Many thanks again to Charmee and Pascual Labs. Then the hubby and I had a sumptuous dinner buffet at Seoul Garden in SM North Annex. Then bought some toys at Toy Kingdom and headed home.

I opened the modem because I want to check my online accounts but I only got two green and one orange lights. I should have four green lights. It was late already so I said, maybe in the morning it will be back. We went out Saturday morning. When we came back in the afternoon, my connection was back, but only for a couple of hours. It did not return anymore until this morning. It conked out again and just went alive now.

I do not know what the problem is. It is so frustrating and contacting the customer service adds insult to the injury. Jusko, after 2 hours of dialing, chaka lang may sumagot ng call ko! Imagine that? I would have rested my case but I was out of connection since Friday! And no technical team came by to check my complaint! Ka high-blood!!!

Family Bonding Time at Home

Watching movies at home is a great bonding moment for the whole family. So we bought a DeVant LCD to make movie nights more fun. This way we don’t have to go out and spend lots of money on cinema tickets. I know for a fact that we will use the TV for a very long time so it is also a wise investment. My husband and I figured that it would be better if we have it wall mounted so we also bought a crimson mount. I was a little worried at first that it might not be stable enough to hold the TV but since it is a trusted brand and known for its durability, my worries soon disappeared. Plus, we were able to install it easily.

A Different Christmas

I was meaning to write a “welcome -ber months” post since September came in but with sickly girls, I am unable to open the laptop at night even when they are asleep. The blue light from the laptop wakes them up and I hate it when their sleep gets disrupted.

Anyway, I hope all this sickliness comes to an end soon because I am so excited for the coming -ber months. October is my birth month. November, I am looking forward to a grand reunion with my elementary classmates. December, I am hopeful that we will have a different and one of a kind Christmas!

I am itching to take out the Christmas tree from the box and all the decorations. Or maybe, we will donate the old decorations we have and give way to a themed Christmas tree this year. I am sure, my eldest daughter will say pink and purple if I ask her what theme she wants.

The previous Christmas eves and days that we had were spent either here with my in-laws or with my family in Las Pinas. This year, it will surely be different since many in our family are abroad. Prayerfully, they could spend the holidays with us. And prayerfully too, we will not have to raffle where we will spend the eve and day like what we used to do previously. Hopefully, this year, we could spend the holidays under one roof, with all our dear relatives in our home. It will surely be a blast!

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
