What Happens After the Bus Bombing?

Right after the bus bombing that happened last Tuesday, hubby called me. He told me not to ride the bus on my way home. I know how he feels so I told him I will just walk. Hahaha!

As expected, everyone diverted themselves to the MRT. I know how MRT looks like during rush hours and if I have a choice, I’d rather take the bus. That is what I did last Tuesday night.

Yesterday, I had to go to Las Pinas and fetch Mon because he was not feeling well. I live in Quezon City so I am travelling from North to South. If I take the bus, it would take years before I reach LP. So yes, you guessed it right, I took the MRT. Lucky me, the management implemented tighter security and the queue was very very long. I knew that in my head as soon as I decided I will take the MRT.

So to everyone planning to take the train, you should bring lots of patience with because that is the way it is. Either you take the bus and wait in the traffic or patiently move yourself until you are able to get yourself inside the train.

It’s really scary when things like this happen. But what can we do. We live in dangerous times. We can only pray.
