Happy 2nd year wedding anniversary!
I was suppose to do this originally for fathers’ day. However, as it turned out, it didn’t made it to this little space in the World Wide Web. So now, I made sure I publish this on time.
Thank you for being the person you are to me and to Ayex. More thank you for being who you are to my mom, dad, and siblings. Thank you for understanding the fact that it’s not easy to be a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister and a corporate slave all at the same time! Hahahaha! Thank you for every single day that you walk with me in our journey. I love you always and no matter what happen, I’ll always stand by your side.

I told him that it’s probably due to my sleeping position – lying on the sides – since I breastfeed Ayex from time to time in the middle of the night. I told him that even if I want to sleep on my chest to somehow give my back some comfort, I cannot, because it can cause my milk supply to decrease. Then as we continue to talk about things that happened for the day, I can’t stop thinking, what really are the factors that affect a mother’s milk supply.
From my experience, these are the factors that affect my milk supply (in no particular order):
How about you, what do think affects your breast milk supply?
