Zen Institute Timog

Last May, I availed of this Cash Cash Pinoy deal: Only 550 for a Slim Detox Treatment including Detox Drink and Ultra Lipotherapy at the Zen Institute. I read reviews of Zen Institute first before finally buying the vouchers. Yes, with an “S”. I bought four vouchers for myself and my SIL bought six vouchers and I ended up owning five of them. She was not able to use them all because she had to fly back to the states. Anyway, the Timog branch is the nearest to our place. I was able to ask hubby to drive me there during the past weekends because my vouchers are expiring soon.

At first, I did not want to believe my husband when he pointed me where Zen Institute is during my first visit. The photo in their Cash Cash Pinoy ads was very far from the facade in front of me. Now it got me thinking, maybe that is their branch in The Fort. This Timog branch has a small reception area. The cubicles has one single bed and just enough space for the therapist and the machine. They play really nice instrumental songs during my Saturday visits but none during my Sunday visits. Everyone is courteous and friendly even when they are having a toxic day (they were fully booked during one of my Saturday visit that they did not have time for lunch).

The place is also clean and the smell plus the music is very relaxing. In fact, during almost all my visits, I was able to take a power nap during my treatment. Except this once when the client and the therapist was talking about this best weight loss pills. I just cannot help myself from eavesdropping. Who would not want to know that information, right? But they were a couple of cubicles away from me and I cannot hear everything very clearly.

Wait for my post about the treatment itself, ok?

October Top Commenters

Ok, so how is everybody? I know I have been away for quite some time. After the hospital confinement, I was so lazy to go online when the girls are asleep. The sleepless nights at the hospital took a toll on me and I automatically doze off with my girls. Thank goodness there were no pending work that time. Then when things were better, I pursued hubby to let us go with them to visit Inay Toning in Zambales. Inay Toning is hubby’s grandmother and she suffered from stroke early last month. I brought along the netbook with me but there was no signal in Zambales. That was three days of being disconnected from the cyberspace!

Enough of the excuses. Shall we start this month right? And the uncontested winner of the October Top Commenter giveaway, who made seventy (70) sensible comments on my posts, is no other than Malou! I will be sending you an email to ask for your paypal ID. To the others who gave me continuous love, GRACIE!!!!

  1. Malou
  2. Connie
  3. kimmy
  4. Mirage
  5. The Pepperrific Life

The NOVEMBER TOP COMMENTER will also get $5 in paypal. Now, to give others a chance, previous winners can only win once in a quarter. In this case, Malou will be able to win again in January. Fair enough? Comment away ladies and gents! I love reading your thoughts.

Artista Luxury

We are finally home after spending a couple of nights at the hospital. Maxyn is slowly regaining her usual active self and I am chasing her around the house again. Thankfully, Ayex is on semestral break now and there is no need to rush a thing. We are just bumming around, enjoying each others company. I love slow days like this.

I still have a hang-over on the lifestyle tv-marathon that I did while at the hospital. Good thing Ayex is busy with something else that I am able to own the telly to myself. But somehow, I wished she just watched cartoons!

I am watching a feature about showbiz personalities and I want to die in envy! How can they own a handful of luxury bags, multiple mansions, travel and still pay for their rv insurance?! Why can’t we all make that much moolah?!

Oh well. At least when I have personal issues, I get to keep it to myself, unlike them, the whole world has a say on their life. That is probably the price they pay for their material luxuries.

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
