Busy Everywhere

Another school year is coming in. People everywhere are now busy preparing for their students’ stuff. School supplies, books, uniforms, they are all probably very busy buying these things or perhaps, they will be recycling old stuff for this school year.

Us, mommy is still procrastinating. Actually, mommy is still undecided where to send Alex for this school year. Suddenly, mommy does not feel like sending Alex to the school she attended last year. Oh no, that is not a fickle-minded decision. There is a reason why mommy is now doubtful of sending Alex to her alma mater last year.

Anyway, while mommy weighs the pros and cons, she will browse on discount scrubs first.

Can I Paint?

No, I cannot. Can you? Alex can. Well, you have to draw something that she will put color on. Actually, she has improved. She can make pictures from scratch, using a paint brush or crayons. She draws houses and people most of the time. It actually makes me think she can be a painter someday. (She has a book about a painter and she loves reading it!)

I am so thankful for the art set my sister-in-law gave to her. That is her company whenever she asks me that question can I paint?. We replaced the paint brushes though because the bristles are no longer nice for painting. Thankfully the bookstores now have affordable paint brush sets.

Should you find yourself missing some art supplies and you are miles away from arts and crafts shop, you just go to MisterArt.com for craft supplies. They have a wide range of art supplies and their prices are one of the best!

What is That Mommy?

I decided not to attend the iBlog8 summit that is happening today in UP. I know there are a lot of new things that I will learn if I did attend but I am not yet ready to leave the girls for a very long time, on a weekday, when daddy is not around.

Going back to this post. That question is what my little girls pops to me every time she sees unfamiliar things. There are many constructions near our area and often, she sees heavy equipment used for material handling. She sees cranes, ladders, and different kinds of pulleys. She sometimes asks how do they function, which I leave the answering to her dad.

Alex is such an observer and I think she will be able to use this skill when she grows up.

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
