Why You Should Use Yoga Blocks?

If you are a beginner in yoga, yoga blocks are paraphernalia that you should have. These are like the bike training wheel that helped you master how to ride your first bike.

Yoga blocks come in different materials, shapes, thickness and even color. These blocks will give you support as you work your way to becoming an expert in your yoga moves. They can also help you make deeper stretches and better alignment even if you are just a beginner.

This is something every yogi should invest on.

Tips for a Better Sleep

Having a hard time sleeping? This happens to me a lot since I got accustomed to sleeping late already. But there are times when I do not need to go online and I have the luxury of turning in early, I still stay awake late because my mind refuses to rest!

I have here a few things I do to help me sleep when I wanted to sleep.

  • Take a half bath before hitting the sack. This always works for me as it relaxes the whole of me. And isn’t always nice to end the day feeling fresh?
  • Do aromatherapy. Good scent always relaxes my mind and I tend to forget all the negativity in this world.
  • Clean sheets. Sometimes, the sheets are the culprits to our sleeplessness. Change them often.
  • Invest in good pillow.
  • Pray before you sleep. No matter how busy you are, do this. This will give you peace of mind that will help you sleep soundly.

Amoebiasis

The little angel has amoeba, many of them, as per her lab results in her tummy. Our pedia said it makes the tummy cringe in pain because the amoeba makes holes and cuts in the intestines. That explains why the little angel was so cranky and fussy.

Despite that, the two of us managed to be at the laboratory as early as 7 in the morning last Saturday for her urine test. After we got the results, we went back home so prepare our ballerina for her class. The plan was to drop her by the school before I and the sickly angel see our pedia. But since daddy heed my call to come home early the previous night, he was able to accompany the ballerina.

I was worried that the pedia will tell me to admit the little angel but I was already psyching myself the night before. I asked for prayers and we were answered. I was prescribed with 2 anti-biotics and was strictly told to give them to the little angel as soon as I can. And was reminded not to stop prematurely with the medication.

Many more things happened that day, including a visit to a quack-like-dentist who is accredited by our health card. Good thing I did not cancel the first appointment I made, what the quack-like-dentist did were undone.

Because this mommy had to prioritize the kids, there were schedules that she had to forego like the get together with her mommy friends as well as her plan to purchase movies for a weekend movie marathon.

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
