When we decided that we will dance during the Family Day at Alex’s school, I was hesitant but deep inside, I was thinking, “This is it! This is my chance to dance again!”. I missed dancing. Now, I feel like dancing every time I hear certain songs.
We practiced our dance for four days, 3 hours per day. And yes, because we listen to music, the same music for three hours, I got this last song syndrome (LSS) when I got home. It is actually a good thing for me because somehow, I got updated with the kind of music and artists we have now. Sorry to say that I am still very stuck in the 90s. Hello Spice Girls, The Corrs, Savage Garden, Britney Spears, and all the boy bands you can think of. LOL.
Alex has her own LSS too! She kept on singing “Hey I just met you and this is crazy. But here’s my number, so call me maybe.”. So since early this evening, I have been downloading music online. And guess what, I have a new feel good song. It just makes my head and upper sway (I am sitting). I feel like doing pas de bourre and LA walk every time I hear it and I do not get tired listening to it. Check out One Direction’s What Makes You Beautiful and let me know what you think. 🙂
