Whole Wheat Bread with Oats

I do not know what got into me but last week, I told myself that I should start eating healthier. At work, things may get boring sometimes and to keep myself awake, I resolve to eating. I told myself I should not be snacking on just any food anymore. I read from a magazine that eating many times is ok as long as you only eat 100 calories at a time.

With that, I bought this whole wheat bread with oats at the Medical City. When I feel hungry, I would slice a thick piece and munch on it. I did not feel guilty even when I eat it every hour. I did not feel deprived either as this bread really tastes good. It is not dry like the leading brands in the market. It is quite pricey though as one loaf costs PhP80. But I did not mind as I really like its taste. And I am comforted by the fact that I am eating something healthy.

I am not really dieting but I just want to be more conscious with what I eat. If I lose some weight, thanks! And if ever that happens, maybe I can take some slimvox for faster results.
