Class 1 Obese

The doctor who checked me during our annual physical exam what quite hesitant to put that in her diagnosis but she had to. Yes, I am classified as class 1 obese and I am not happy with that. With my height, I should only be weighing 53 kilos and I am beyond that. Bummer.

The television advertisements on weight loss products are very tempting but I am quite scared, plus many say they are pretty expensive. But I read some oxyelite pro reviews and I must say that it is pretty promising.

I will finish all my radio frequency treatments first and let us see if I still need these products.
