After receiving a free Coffee date invitation from Krispy Kreme’s girl, Chloe, here is another exciting one. If voting can be this fun, I’m sure more voters will be encouraged to exercise this right and be a member of Krispy Kreme’s community. 🙂
Goodbye to the Political Ads on my Blog!
These ads never bothered me as much before. I first saw them when I opened my blog from home a few weeks back and my 3-year-old daughter chipped Mommy si Manny Villar oh!. Yes, as much as I don’t want to admit it, this politician’s ads are pretty effective. His jingle is almost everyone’s last-song-syndrome and his TVC airs 3-5 times before the campaign period has even began.
And I must say, I became sick and tired of seeing him on TV and hearing his jingle anywhere. Mas lalo akong nasuya when he invaded blog sites! Come on, wala bang hangganan? Wala bang pipiliing medium? Besides, my mind is made up. I know who will I vote in the coming elections.
Thank you to Ms. Earth for her post on how to block certain ads from running on your site, I don’t see any political ads anymore.
I configured it this morning and I’m glad not see those ads anymore as I check my site a few minutes ago.
To all registered voters, let’s not be swayed by massive political ads and surveys alone. Keep in my that the May 2010 elections will greatly impact our, your kids’ and probably even your apos’ lives. Vote wisely!
Noynoy’s Covenant with the Filipino People
I have so many ramblings about Philippine politics in mind but I don’t want to make this blog so politically inclined so I’m holding off posting them here.
But let me make the following an exception. I truly believe that what he said himself are exactly the things a voter like me wants to hear.
May God send the Holy Spirit to guide Noynoy and all the voters in this coming May 2010 elections.
