Disney on Ice: Disneyland Adventure

I’ve been looking at this poster every time I pass by Araneta Center. I said to myself, this year, I will make sure that we will go and see this with Ayex. I’m sure this time, she will appreciate it as she already know Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. Music Smileys

I didn’t have the chance to watch similar events when I was a kid so I promised to myself that I will do everything so Ayex can experience things/events I missed as a child. I believe this is one of them. Laughing Smileys I checked the ticket prices and I think they’re not expensive at all. In fact, I think they’re reasonably priced.

I hope to get the tickets soon before I can forget them. I just have to discuss first with hubby the viewing date because all of them seem to fall on the Christmas holiday.

How about you, have you seen any of the Disney on Ice shows? How was your experience?

I still have 3 blog awards to post. Sorry, I broke my promise this early. Tongue Smileys

Ayex Can Now Write!

Last Wednesday, hubby and I went to NBS to have Ayex’s Fetcher’s ID laminated. He was already at the counter when I remembered we have to replace Ayex’s drawing notebook as all the leaves has been drawn already! Yeah, she really likes to doodle.

When we got home, hubby handed her the plastic file case with the notebook inside. She was so giddy to see the new notebook! She went to her toy box and looked for her crayons, which are inside the bag sitting on the sofa beside me. Unable to find her crayons, she went back to me.

Ayex: Mommy san na yung crayons ko?
Me: Diba yung crayons mo nasa bag mo?
Ayex: Ahhhhh.
Then I handed her the bag and she excitedly turn the bag upside-down and let the crayons fall. She took orange and started doodling again on the second page of the notebook. This is what she draw:

Do you recognize them?

She drew the letter A first and after drawing it, she said, eto A!. The big letter A was followed by a small letter b. After writing the letter b, she drew a couple more letter b, while telling us that it is a letter b.

I was pretty amazed! I asked our helper if she was the one who taught Ayex those but she just smiled. Or she could have learned them from school. Wherever she learned it, I’m so proud of her!

School Girl: Day 2

Today is Ayex’s second day at school. We were not sure how long her trial class would be but we decided to send her to school again since we’re already planning to enroll her formally.

Apart from having the joy of bringing her to school, I also had a glimpse of what happens in their classroom and I must say, my kid is really behaved. smileys

After a while, hubby and I left the room. We went to the school’s office to fix Ayex’s enrollment. There Sir Ferdy met with us since Teacher Marlyn is still attending a seminar somewhere. Until the end of the class, we were there, talking about Ayex.

When the class ended, Ayex’s teacher (I forgot her name) brought her to the office. The teacher carried a coloring book, which she handed to me. Then she showed me the page Ayex worked on. It was pretty neat. After that, Ayex show me her hands. Teacher said Ayex wanted the star but it was in another room she gave her something else.

Ayex with her Good Job! stamp in both hands.

We jokingly said that the reason she had those stamps is because she asked for them. smileys

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions.
