Maximize Your Little Home Space

The world is changing quickly. On one hand, most of the people on the planet are experiencing a global economic crisis, so people have to seek out smaller, less costly spaces in which to live. On the other hand, we are experiencing a global environmental crisis. Calls for sustainability are urging people to consume less and to try to live more simply. In part, the movement called the New Urbanism responds to both crises by promoting small, compact livable cities based on principles of energy efficiency and sustainability.

When both trends are considered together, it is clear that more and more people will be living in smaller and smaller spaces. Since all people tend to accumulate material goods, organization and storage become problems in small spaces. Designers are working on solving this relatively new contemporary problem with a broad array of ingenious solutions to storage problems that are increasingly common. These newly designed systems help to maximize the efficient use of available space in a small home. There are floor to ceiling shelving systems, for example, and closet organizers. A browse around the web will lead one to a number of suppliers. One good example is the Seville Classics site.

Arm Yourself with Information

Buying a car is one of the first experiences of independence. Whether you’re a parent looking for your teenager’s first car or you’re an adult ready to purchase your first new vehicle, there are all kinds of ways to find the perfect vehicle for the right price online. However there are a few factors that you have to consider. While price, safety and features are good places to start, you also want to look at car ratings, test driver opinions, cost of ownership and car comparison guides. All of these tools provide you with more information, so when you are looking up cost of ownership for Toyota, you’ll be able to make the best decision on a new Camry or Highlander with ease.

There are all kinds of apps out there with pricing information, safety ratings, comfort reviews and much more. The best vehicle will combine an affordable price, lots of standard features, a decent sized engine, good fuel economy and a gorgeous exterior. That’s why it’s necessary to conduct all of your research beforehand at home before going to the dealership. With these kinds of comparisons, you can really show a sales agent that you are looking for the straight facts and won’t accept a bad deal. This is especially true when looking at used cars. You can use apps like CarChecker to understand if you’re about to purchase a lemon or a quality car that will last you for many more years. When you’re driving the first time in your own vehicle, you need a car that will last. That should be the ultimate test

We Are So Blessed!

Finally, after a couple of months from the time we moved in to our very own abode, we had it blessed already! Yay!!!

It took us a while because there were still quite a number of work that needed to be done after we moved in. We moved in despite of those because we had to.

Each day that passed by after we moved in, we saw little things that needed to be fixed. So our list of to-do grew every single day. With God’s grace, those were already finished.

Yesterday, together with our families and a few friends, our very own home was finally blessed.

Really, we are blessed as there was no rain during the ceremony. We did not even know there is a typhoon now that is affecting our area.

I will post the pictures soon. My youngest is dragging me to bed already! Have a blessed week ahead!

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
