Of Parties and Attending One

So tell me, how many parties have you attended already? Or how many parties have you hosted in your own place?

Christmas time is indeed one of the most anticipated celebrations we look forward to. Parties and reunions are held left and right, sometimes even one after the other. Never mind if we will all end up without sleep as long as we get to see and bond with people we have not been with. I do not know if that is true for you, but for us, that is how it goes.

Attending parties and get togethers can be really exhausting but I think organizing one is more difficult and really challenging. Having an event organizer and outsourcing everything you need in the party is, of course, much easier and less stressful too. But it can be very expensive too. Well actually, it really depends. I know some who throw huge parties outside their homes but still manage to stick with their budget. I believe it is all about finding the right suppliers.

Throwing parties outside your home has its pros and cons. For me the biggest pro is that you do not have to worry about the mess everyone leaves. But for some, like me, I still prefer having get togethers at home. Do not get me wrong, our abode is not huge. It is just right to accommodate some beautiful people close to my heart. Never mind if kids accidentally spill their drinks or spaghetti strands are all over the carpet. I can always phone an oriental rug cleaning MD after our celebration. What is important to me is that we can rant and rave about the things that make us nuts or extremely happy freely.

Organizing parties can be pretty stressful sometimes but if you do not slack on it, everything can be worked out smooth and fine. Personally, when I see my guests happy and all laughing, I feel like I am a pro in party organizing.

Hi there! I'm Nicquee and this is my little space in this world wide web. I'm a mom of two and is happily married. I started this blog as literally my online journal where I dump my emotions. Over the years, I realized that there is more to write about. Feel free to browse through and I hope you find a thing or two that is relatable to you. If that happens, give me a shout-out!
