I love exploring in the kitchen. I promised myself, when I get to have my own house, the kitchen should be one of the spacious area. I am glad the hubby is with me on this as he loves exploring in there too.
Since the hubby gifted me with an electric oven last year, I have been trying baking. We have baked a handful of recipes already. As for any amateur baker, there are hits and misses. I think everybody goes through it. There was never a baking time when my ingredients are organized. My utensils and baking stuff are all over the table most of the time. Despite having hand-shaped pot holders on, somehow, I still get slight burns. And my stomach is always filled with butterflies as I wait for the finish product. The flutter intensifies come tasting time and I only get to breathe well when the verdict was given. Well, whether it was a hit or a miss, I charge things to experience. I keep on hoping that next time, I will be more organize, the finish product will taste as desired and everything will go on smoothly.
