Early this month, I felt like buying myself a lipstick. I wanted a red shade. So when MIL’s manicurist came by, I asked if she still sells Avon products. Anne Curtis endorses Avon here in our country so I said, it must be a good product and is worth trying.
I ordered a piece of Ultra Color Rich 24K Gold lipstick; Ruby in Gold is the shade.
When I got the lipstick, it came in black packaging that when unwrapped, reveals a gold tubing. I like it very much. The lipstick itself has gold particles in it.

I have been using it almost everyday, when I fetch Alex from school. It is really easy to apply. At first, I did not get the redness that I wanted. My sister told me to apply more coating until I get my desired color. One thing that I noticed though, it does not last that long. I do not know if that is what moisture lipsticks do or that my lips are very dry, it absorbs the lipstick really fast. What can you say?
I think I will buy another lipstick soon. Oh, is this going to be a collection?
I love the packaging but yup this is not lasting kasi di matte
most avon products does not last that long talaga 🙂 try putting concealer first before applying the lipstick 🙂
Yeah, I used to experience it so but admit it… they give good output though. what I love about avon is their underwear especially the bras. It really lasts long that makes it very sulit compare to other networking companies.
i’d love to try this lipstick after i finished consuming the current lipstick i’m using. 🙂
i haven’t tried this Avon lipstick yet, but i love its packaging. looks kinda high-end 🙂
