A few months ago, I had to reflash my LG GT505 because its memory got full and I am unable to open applications except for call and text. The common handset memory which is 154M got used up and despite clearing cache, deleting stuff, no memory is freed. It sucks big time! Thankfully, there are tutorials online on how reflashing is done. It was not an easy procedure and I am always posed with the probability that I will damage my phone. But that is the only way for me to regain the memory. If I remember it correctly, I did freed some memory but not all. I think I started at 108M. Now, after just a few months, my memory is back to 151M! BS!
I want to throw this phone but I do not have money to buy a new one. And a new phone is definitely not in my plans for the year. This is phone is going two years old this May. I feel like I want to take this up with LG. They said Life is Good but this phone makes me miserable. I want to shout refund!

i have an LG unit & i had problems turning it on, so i brought it to an LG service center in SM Mega. good thing, people there we’re nice enough to assist me & attend to my concern. why not try & bring your phone to a service center as well, so they can help you out with your concern. π

irritating right? , I also experience that with my phone… and currently I decided not to get new one… I just get tired of fixing things up for my phone π

I also have an LG phone (LG Cookie) and it’s been with me for more than 2 years already. I’m planning to buy a BlackBerry in a couple of months. The Curve is quite affordable already at 9k.

I had an Lg too .I HATED IT! and what made it worse is that i went through Sprint. One of the worst companies out here.Actually my husband did .Lg says they bring good things to life but ,it is more like they bring good things for headaches and aggravation to life.
