Are Going for A Wet Christmas?

I have been observing for days now and I believe I need not be a scientist to see that we might have a rainy Christmas this year. It has been raining the past days, mostly in the afternoon. And when it rains, it was like there is no more tomorrow! In fact, as I write this, it is raining here! Is it raining where you are now? Do not get wet or you might be sick for the holidays! You do not want to miss all the fun. All the delicious food will surely taste bitter when you are sick. Trust me, it happened to me last week and it sucks big time!

This rain brings in a colder weather though and we love it. It saves us from using the air conditioner and sometimes, even the electric fans. In fact, I cannot sleep without a blanket anymore because I would be awaken by chills on my feet! The little girls, they seem to be born somewhere cold. They do not mind at all! Both of them refuse to wear socks. If I was able to sneak it on their toes when they are asleep, they will remove it when they wake up in the middle of the night! I on the other hand enjoys the warmth it brings to my feet. Ugh, is that a sign of aging?

I wonder if it is also raining in other parts of the world. Or maybe they are still using their air conditioner despite the cold weather. A friend of mine says it is fun to turn it on during these times with some comforter. Some even purchase new ones this time of the year from their bonuses. Glad there are reliable air conditioner Cedar Park people and even Round Rock HVAC crew to take care of the installation.

I really enjoy the cold weather but I wish the rain will just stop. I need to go out to buy presents for Christmas and I do not want to do that when it rains because it makes commuting harder!

Today was sunny, yay! I hope it’s stopped raining there in Manila? I hate the weather especially since I have to go out a lot because of work. I hate getting my feet wet when I’m in open toed heels. Boo. On the brighter side, the weather seems to be clearing up. Here’s looking forward to blue skies at Christmastime!

I think it is. In our place it’s been raining for 5 days straight. Certainly a cold Christmas eve.
