Shoo Cough and Colds

Today was a pretty busy and accomplished day. We were scheduled to see the doctor for I have been nursing my cough and colds for nearly two weeks now. Also, I was scheduled for my final slimming treatment at Clara International as well as pay my SSS dues.

Our car is coding today which means we can only leave the house at 10 AM. Before we left, I bathe Ayex for I knew Ate Meriam will have a hard time bathing as her as she takes care of Maxyn on the side. Apart from bathing Ayex, I also prepared her snack for school, fita biscuits with chocolate dip. Oh, that reminds me that I have not taken a picture of the chocolate spread, my new discovery. Its taste is close to Nutella but the price is way cheaper! šŸ˜€

And so we left home at 10 AM. Our first stop was Capitol Medical Center. I saw two doctors, the ob-gyne for the result of my annual pap smear and the EENT, as recommended by the HMO person, because they do not have a general practitioner. The pap smear result was ok, thank God! Then I went to the EENT. Hubby was right when he told me I probably have an upper respiratory track infection. It was exactly what the doctor told us. He checked my ears, my nose and my throat. I really like that doctor because he is very professional and friendly at the same time. He gave me loads of medicines and I made sure they are all safe for a breastfeeding mom like me. He gave me antibiotics, decongestant, cough suppresant and a nasal spray. Before hubby drop me to my slimming treatment, he already bought my medicines. I really hope this cough and colds will leave me soon because I need full strength when Ate Meriam leaves me alone with the girls next week. Yay!

Ooooh…I love Nutella. And I’m so excited to know what’s its cheaper alternative that tastes like it. As you have mentioned, Nutella is pricey.
