As you may know, I took a long leave from work because of Ayex’s ballet and th Holy Week observance. I only returned to work last Monday. Since then, I have been itching to check whether the LayBare Waxing Salon at the ground floor of our office building is already open. Before I took a leave, I saw that it is almost finished. I was assuming that in the two weeks that I was gone, perhaps they are already operating. But I was too busy with all the piled reports waiting to be processed.
Last Wednesday, my friend, Therese, asked me if I want to check out Nail It, a nail spa, beside LayBare. I was so thrilled when she told me that both shops are already open!
So we had an early lunch and went to Nail It. There were plenty of available therapists but their service prices are quite pricey. I ended up going to LayBare for my monthly dose of underarm hair removal. Also, I forgot to take care of my brows so I opted for some eyebrow threading too.
This is how their private treatment room looks like. I like their door and how everything looks neat and well arranged.
Ms. Criz is my therapist. She is very pleasant and accommodating. Since I am quite a veteran of LayBare already, I know the procedure already and I am happy to say that she was well trained. She made sure that my underarms are hairless to bits. My eyebrows have grown too much but I did not feel the pain that much as Ms. Criz kept on telling me stories to divert my attention. She has done a fantastic job! Yay, I miss Ms. Mhean of LayBare Congressional this month!
For your waxing needs, I recommend LayBare Waxing Salon. Thumbs up!
I haven’t tried waxing. I’m afraid of the pain!
I’ve been itching (pardon the pun) to try out Lay Bare too but I’m such a coward when it comes to feeling even the slightest pain hehehe. We’ll see if I can muster up the courage. I’ll miss trying to meet with you at Rockwell π But hopefully we can still meet up sa lakwatsahan!
We’ll meet elsewhere. π
Try LayBare na! No, I am not being paid to promote them. π
