It’s Healthy, It’s Soyami!

A few weeks ago, I got invited to the launch of this new healthy snack for kids. Why did I say healthy? It is because this snack is made from Soya.

Yes, Soyami is purely made of Soya. That means you can get the following benefits from eating this snack:

1. Body Health
– High Protein & Fiber
– Low in Fat, Sugar & Calories

2. Improves cardiovascular health
– It reduces cholesterol

3. It is easier to lose weight
– It is high in Protein
– Low in Fat and Calorie
– More protein than carbohydrates

4. It helps in the Management of diabetes

5. Reduces the risk of the following cancer:
– Breast
– Colon
– Prostate

6. Prevents the following:
– Child obesity
– Hair loss
– Prevents Osteoporosis
– Protects against Alzheimer’s

Soyami has 3 flavors: Original, White Cheese and Pizza. Among the 3, Pizza is my favorite although it is the least healthy. Hahaha! And since my little tot is a picky eater, Soyami is a great snack alternative that I can give her.

Soyami will be available in leading supermarkets in early November.
