After giving birth to my eldest, I was prescribed with reading glasses. I can totally live without my eyeglasses on but I should expect dryness and tiredness in my eyes.
In my previous work, I am in front of the computer for nine to twelve hours a day. So yes, that is the culprit why I experience eye spasms and severe eye strain.
Since I left my work and stayed at home with my girls, I kept my glasses in my bag. I still face the laptop at night, when the girls are asleep, but I do not wear my glasses. Well, until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that my eyes stated to hurt after a few hours of continuously looking at the laptop without ample light (since we only use night light). So here I am now, typing with four eyes. I know I should see my ophthalmologist soon to see if my eye grade has changed. I might be given another set of prescription glasses, if that happens. I hope they’re still the same.

i’ve witnessed my mom wearing eyeglasses for the longest time. that’s why she always reminds us to take care of our eyes. she always tells us how hard it is to have four eyes. as for you, better go to your ophthalmologist soon so you can be given an advice for further damage control to your eyes.

Hello Ms. Nicquee, I’ve seen that you need glasses. Firmoo offers free glasses for bloggers be it prescripted or not π
